We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-focused Data Consultant to join our Business Solutions Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insight, working with modern Microsoft technologies and helping clients improve the way they manage, integrate and report on their data.

In this role you will design and deliver data pipelines, reporting solutions and analytics using tools such as SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI. You will work closely with clients and colleagues to understand requirements, solve problems, support existing systems and identify opportunities to add real value through better use of data.

The ideal candidate will bring strong technical, analytical and communication skills, practical experience in data engineering or data analysis and have a positive, continuous improvement mindset. In addition, have strong organisational and project management capabilities, with the ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines, as well as a strong command of statistical analysis and data storytelling techniques. Excellent knowledge or best practice data management, governance, security and compliance is also a required.
